Enterprise//Roles & Responsibilities.

FINALLY got round to writing a designated list of roles and responsibilities to be taken up in the group in our proposed business plan, though subject to change.
We decided to designate four KEY roles, and then equally divide the less prominent/fundamental responsibilities, attuned to our personal skills set and capabilities.

However, we will stress in the presentation on the 28th the flexibility of these roles- and the importance of communication between each staff member to ensure that the business is kept as manageable and balanced as possible- each of the employees (ourselves) also contributing design work for the in-house printed design retail items and facilities.
