As a crucial part of the accounts, and the projected annual income, I have made calculations of the projected footfall based upon our target audience- the student population of Leeds. Researching from the University webpages, as well as the relevant Wikipedia sources, I calculated 10% of the student population of Leeds University, Leeds Metropolitan, and Leeds College of Art= 63, 335/10= 6,322.5 visitors per week, 6,322.5/5= 1264.5 visitors per day. Of course, this may fluctuate, with either the drop of students during the summer, or peak of non-University student visitors (particularly during the Advent season), though I felt it was a reasonable basis and prediction for our footfall.
I will now go on to work out the sales income this will generate with the help of calculations from the (previously posted) stock list and predicted sales.
