Enterprise//Enterprise Group//Registering with Companies House.

http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/index.shtml

After determining that we wanted to become a Ltd Company to ensure that we retained 100% shares, another important factor to consider was signing up to Companies House, the company which incorporates and dissolves limited companies, stores company information under the Companies Act and makes the information available to the public for examination. For a small admin fee of £18, Companies House makes a Ltd Company official and registered- a small, but necessary task which defines a Ltd Company.
On this post, I have added screenshots through the process, to the point of which we would have to sign up and register as a company- though, due to the hypothetical nature of the enterprise business plan module, I have stopped at this point, though now have insight into how the process works.
