Enterprise//Enterprise Group//Business Bank Account.

Whilst attempting to complete the annual business "living wage" for our Enterprise group, and the 'Book Klub' company today, one factor that I have had to calculate is the amount the we will pay as a business rate- a business payable tax. Originally, after a quick online search, I visited the Business Link (business advice page- x2 image at the bottom of the page) though unfortunately it was a little vague, and no real details or descriptions were found. However, after looking a little deeper into the subject, I found that the business rate in England and Wales (in Leeds we will, of course, be located in England) is currently at 42.8% (therefore our business rate (42.8% of £12,500 [our annual rent])= £5350).

Business Link- A little difficult, poor navigation of site and content- a little too daunting and substantial to get through also. Something a little simpler and more broken down would be far more digestible.
